BEFORE CIRCIT: A MANUAL, TIME-CONSUMING PROCESS

tool was used to handle uncomplicated confirmations, but the overall process was still time-consuming and inefficient.  

Customers frequently complained about delays, and the bank recognised a growing need to modernise how confirmations were issued and received.
