We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such Sub-processors providers utilize reasonable industry recognized security measures to protect against loss, misuse and unauthorized viewing of the information you provide to us, however, we do not guarantee and shall not be liable for the performance of any Sub-processor.
