Join audit and finance leaders from across Ireland for a candid, auditor-led session on what "AI in audit evidence" means in practice, from methodology and regulatory justification, to the small pool of vendors actually doing this properly.

A Word from Circit's CEO David Heath
A live walkthrough by a guest form on implementing AI for audit evidence: what worked? What failed? What would they do differently?
A candid panel bringing together practising auditors and a regulator's perspective on the same question: what does "trusted" actually mean when AI sits behind an audit conclusion? Panellists will explore how regulatory expectations for AI-assisted evidence translate into day-to-day practice, where firms are meeting that bar today, where the gap still is, and what practitioners have learned so far.
A practical, hands-on session extending the panel's central question into the room: what does it actually take to build an AI-assisted evidence trail you'd trust under file review? Working in small groups on live tools, participants will use agentic AI to gather and organise evidence for a realistic audit scenario, then step back and interrogate their own output as a file reviewer would.
We share the learnings from the workshop session and discuss how to implement them in practice.
